| Payment: Payment for one and two day tours is due in our office no later than 90 days prior to departure. Unless the tour departs within 90 days from date of booking, in which case payment is due within 10 days of making the reservation.
Cancellation & Refund Policy for One Day Tours
- Cancellations received at the Cedar Valley office seven (7) days prior to departure will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations received six (6) days prior and up to the date of the tour departure will forfeit the entire cost of the tour.
Cancellation & Refund Policy for Two-Day Tours & Baseball Trips
- Cancellations received at the Cedar Valley office thirty (30) days prior to departure will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations received twenty-nine (29) days prior to and up to the date of departure will forfeit the entire cost of the tour.
***Special cancellation policies may apply to certain trips which include non-refundable tickets and/or admissions***
The tour participant will receive a full refund if Cedar Valley World Travel is able to resell the space.
In the event a tour has been cancelled due to lack of participation, Cedar Valley World Travel will notify the tour participant no later than seven (7) days prior to departure.
